At Healer Supply, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return any unopened and unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@healersupply.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
