Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your confirmation email is received.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
International shipping and local delivery are not available at this time.

Recurring orders are designed for ease and flexibility:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Healer Supply is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
